ANA and JAL will cut additional domestic flights during the state of emergency declaration

ANA and JAL will cut additional domestic flights in the period by January 31 2021, forecasting lower demands during the state of emergency declaration until February 7.

ANA will cut 2,698 flights in the period between January 15 and 31. The operation rate will be 56% compared to the original schedule. Including the announced reduction this time, 7,916 flights in total will be reduced in January with the operation rate of 66%.

JAL will cut 3,567 flights in the period between January 13 and 31, and the operation rate will be 56%. Including the announced reduction this time, 10,489 flights in total will be reduced in January with the operation rate of 60%.
