Tobu Top Tours, one of major travel agencies in Japan, developed its original vaccination passport ‘Smart Corona Pass,’ working on LINE, the Japanese largest chat app, together with Social Data Bank, Arrow-Link and NoCode Japan. Tobu will test function of the app for the government-led vaccination package demonstration program. 

It is necessary for a user to become a friend with official LINE accounts of local governments, tourism operators or event organizers to use the Pass as a recorded vaccination or negative certificate.
