Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan raised travel warning to level 3 over Hubei Province, China due to spread coronavirus

Regarding spread of coronavirus, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan issued raised the Travel Advice & Waning over Hubei Province, China, including Wuhan, to level 3 ‘Recommendation to defer all travel’ on a four-point scale on January 24 2020, advising Japanese citizen to get the latest information and to make efforts to prevent infection.

Wuhan and six neighbor cities have suspended public transportation and closed off roads or stations into the area since January 24. 

Ministry of Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare calls for travelers coming from Wuhan to come forward to medical inspectors at airports or seaports if they have any symptoms, such as fever.
