Airbnb forms partnership with Kobe City in Japan for farm stay to attract agri-inbound travelers

Airbnb has formed partnership with Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture for farm stay to list vacation rental properties in farming villages and to support communication between guests and hosts in September and October 2019, when Kobe City hosts several World Cup Rugby games. 

Placing farming villages in the north and west side of the city as a tourist attraction, Kobe City is appealing agri-travel and village life to international travelers. Airbnb and Kobe City are developing the partnership as a social experiment.
