Asian travelers like Bangkok the best as a summer holiday destination, followed by London and Tokyo - Skyscanner survey

The Skyscanner’s survey on top 10 summer holiday destinations preferred by Asian travelers in 2015 finds that the most popular destination is Bangkok, followed by London and Tokyo. Osaka is ranked 7^th. Tokyo upgraded from 6^th last year, and Osaka from 10^th last year and 14^th in 2013.

Top 10 summer holiday destinations preferred by Asian travelers in 2015 are as follows:

The survey also finds that Japan is preferred by travelers in Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan particularly, as the following results show.

Ten Asian countries and regions (Indonesia, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Philippine, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Malaysia) are subject to the survey, which is based on destinations searched on the Skyscanner site for departures from July 1 to August 31 this year.
