Expedia survey finds that half of Japanese people feel more stresses in booking travel than before COVID-19

The Expedia survey shows that half of Japanese people feel more stresses than before in booking travel, while more than half look forward to traveling again. 

According to the survey results, 57% of Japanese respondents answered that they want to travel without any restrictions, and 55% said they want to travel without wearing masks. 

Asked about what you want to do in the next travel, 45% said that they want to book activities that they cannot experience in an ordinary life, and 44% said that they look forward to be served foods without self-cooking. 

49% of Japanese respondents answered that they feel more stresses than before in booking travel. The ratio is the 2nd highest among 12 countries and regions, following 62% among American respondents.

For travel in the next 12 months, 37% of Japanese respondents require easier change of booking and confirmation of total cost before payment each.
