Japanese departures were 51,000 in November 2021, about 20,000 more than a year ago

Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) announced that the number of Japanese overseas travelers were 51,800 in November 2021, about 20,000 more travelers than a year ago, but still 96.8% fewer travelers than two years ago (1,642,333)

According to OAG, international flights departing from six major airports in Japan (Narita, Haneda, Kansai, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo) were down 1.2% year on year to 2,770 in November 2021, and available seats were up 5.5% to 676,643 in total.
