NOT A HOTEL, a Japanese real estate sharing service provider, has signed MOU with GMO COINS to prepare for selling new crypto-assets as a money-raising means. Issuing ‘NOT A HOTEL COIN (NAC),’ Real World Assets (RAW) Token corroborated by real estate, ‘NOT A HOTEL DAO’ project to own or manage its own properties or developed lands was launched.
NAC owners can stay in NOT A HOTEL properties, which are owned by NOT A HOTEL DAO. Rewards acquired by staking NAC are a right to stay in NOT A HOTEL properties and reception of NAC, both of which fluctuate in accordance with staking NAC volume.
NOT A HOTEL DAO aims to build a scheme for everyone to own and use NOT A HOTEL properties all together.
