Japan Tourism Agency launches a public-private committee to encourage companies to introduce telework and Workcation rules

Japan Tourism Agency launched a public-private committee for telework and Workcation promotion, which is joined by 139 organizations, such as private companies, local governments or related associations, as well as Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. 

At the first meeting, they discussed roles of the members in delivering information and collaborations with other groups to promote telework and Workcation. The committee is creating momentum for telework and Workcation and working on companies to introduce new corporate rules.
