Map search service provider of Japan launches a new tool to analyze archival search data of international visitors

Mapion, map search service provider of Japan, has begun offering a new tool to analyze archival search data of international visitors in Japan, expecting to deliver the service as a marketing tool to corporations dealing with inbound travel businesses.

The new service includes loghouse, a log analysis tool, as well as API or Application Programming Interface, which is a system to install a foreign-language-based map in the existing website. After introducing the API, it is possible to analyze archival records accessed to the map in multiple ways.

English, Chinese (simple and traditional) and Korean are available on the API map, and Japanese can be displayed in parallel. A tool to search particular places from station or address is provided at the same time.

Loghouse is a tool to visualize accessed archival records, which enables to grasp and analyze when or where a user searches a shop on the map and what keywords a user uses.
